Refund policy
All Pepkase orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any product once it has shipped.
Why this policy exists
Pepkase products are designed to store medications — peptides, GLP-1s, insulin, and 1ml (100-unit) syringes. Once a case, cooler, or mini-fridge has left our warehouse, we can't responsibly restock it for resale. Pricing reflects that: we keep margins lean so you're not paying for return logistics built into every order.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@pepkase.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief description of what's wrong
We'll send a replacement at no cost. You don't need to ship the original back unless we specifically request it.
Cancellation before shipment
Orders are processed within 1 business day. If you need to cancel, email info@pepkase.com immediately. Once your order has shipped, all sales are final.
Refund processing
For damaged/defective items or qualifying EU returns, once we receive and verify the returned product, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank or credit card processing may add additional time.
